Bucket Conveyer for Picking Towers

Efron’s unique bucket conveyer system is designed to increase efficiency for the date harvest.
The bucket conveyer system allows for fruit to unload from the top of the tree to initial sorting platform.

The system includes a conveyer for unloading the fruit during the harvest and a preliminary sorting platform that is integrated with the Efron and moves with it from tree to tree.

The kit-Conveyer enables the performance of all other routine tasks carried out in the date plantation throughout the year.

Picking Dates from high trees with the bucket conveyer is the most efficient way to harvest, it saves a lot of time and man-power.

• Low-mounted sorting and cleaning platform sutable for two fruit sizes palate with a maximum load of 2000 kg.
• Bucket conveyer for unloading the fruit from the harvesting platform to the sorting platform.
• Bins for collecting the dates on the upper platform.
• Hydraulic operation system with adjustable speeds.
• Emergency stop switches on both sides of the elevator.
• work/stop switch from the lower sorting platform.
